We long for the future that we dream of but in doing so, we stop working with what we have and even drop what’s in our hands. What if by forgetting where we are and what we are meant to be doing now we miss out on realising the blessing for us in the now?

We often feel frustrated because we long to move forward into the new space and into our new future. The timing of the new space is meant to be determined by the creator of time. Not only do we submit our lives to God we submit our time to God. He is beyond time and determines the seasons (Daniel 2:21).

There are people who are holding onto living in the current space. God is calling you out, out to enter into a new space. He is changing the season and the old space won’t do anymore. His breath of life will be in the new season that he is declaring. In this new space there will be inspiration that is required to navigate it and to create in it, inspiration for the strategies to keep moving forward.

God knows where you’re going and remembers who he called you. He gives us glimpses of our future to encourage us and keep our head up. He puts us on the path and we walk it and every step we take journeys us more and more into the future.

There are people who in the past have felt dismissed because their ideas were too “out of the box”. Perhaps when told you are “out of the box” you took this as a negative thing or a problem, and thought that you can’t fit in with others, or that you won’t be accepted.
