God is raising up new leaders

In recent time with the Lord, he began to speak about the season and he is raising up new leaders:
I will raise up new leaders everywhere they are ones not barred or hemmed in by tradition. They are ready for pioneering a complete new way. Their minds are not restricted or locked into frameworks that are destined to fail in the new times.
They are willing to be broken down and to sit in the ashes and get covered in soot there. They are prepared to get their clothes covered in ashes.
It is in the ashes that they will dream and plan again on a clean new slate. There is a fresh start on the clean slate. I am doing this new thing. The mourning and weeping and wailing in the dirt is going to renew and cleanse the remnant. Sit in the ashes in fasting and mourning and breakthrough will come in the mourning/morning.
OUT OF THE ASHES THEY WILL RISE
For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland. Isaiah 43:19
LET HIS FIRE COME, YIELD TO THE FIRE
As God brings fire around you confronting old things that are not for now, old things that were based on wrong motives, old things that are simply out of season, let it come. Don’t be afraid of his fire for his fire will not destroy, his fire will refine. While the refining feels like a ravaging onslaught at times, it is refining and it is not destroying. In a dream I saw that when someone yielded to the Lord, their hearing of his voice improved so much. It was so exciting to be able to hear what he had to say, and know his help and direction going forward in the new day.
I heard the Lord say, don’t despair in my flames. Consider it a joy that I would want to work in you. That I would see you worth it and worthy of being refined.
ACKNOWLEDGE THE LOSS TO BE ABLE TO LIVE AGAIN
There is a great time of action coming up quickly ahead with new growth, fresh new ideas, new strategies, flourishing in spaces that have long been dormant. To be able to move into the new the old has to be let go. To be able to let go, the old has to be acknowledged. You can’t deal with what you won’t acknowledge. I felt like God said that in our surrender is our resurrection. The ache to have restoration and life restored can be soothed as we surrender everything to him. This surrender is daily and weekly allowing God to point out more and more things that we are holding onto.
LETTING GO IS EMBRACING IT SO IT CAN FEED INTO YOUR FUTURE FOR FLOURISHING
When we let go of something out of our hands we are allowing it to become a part of us, just like when ash (the old) is watered into the ground it nourishes the soil, fertilising it, is absorbed into the soil and feeds the new fresh beautiful growth. So we let go of the old that we have lost and in doing so we embrace it within deeper to become the making of us.
GOD IS BRINGING NEW, NEW, NEW
There is new birth happening of things long awaited for. For some who have waited while everything seemed dormant, to the point of this will never happen, the eruption of the new is coming. For some feeling failure, working hard to see things go backwards, a turnaround into growth is about to erupt. For some there will be a launch into a new thing. The new won’t be loud and lofty, it will be lowly and yet dynamic and impacting.
God is giving out insight into what is to come, what new he has for you for next year. As you seek him, and see what he has in store you will likely gain understanding on what has been as well.
