Recently in a dream I was talking with a person about their work and they felt insecure as though if the workplace had to cut back on staff they would be the first to go. The response to this in the dream was that the person was aware of what they were DOING but not aware of their IMPACT. It pointed out that God was aware of their impact and they were valuable despite the person thinking they had no special talents or skills.
You were made to impact the world. You were created for this time and place and your presence here impacts the world. With Holy Spirit indwelling you, you carry God’s power that is greater than anything in this world.
You dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. 1 John 4:4
Every step you take carries God’s power to another place to impact and cause change in the world. To realise the impact we need to be connected to the one who has the power - Jesus. Then we will see who we are in him. You are his child and created in his image, honoured with grace to carry his power on the earth. Embracing how he made you means you will have freedom and joy, and find your fit. When you put on the shoes that fit you and then show up in the places you are meant to go, your footprint is clear.
Your footprint is impacting. You are impacting. Wear your shoes, don’t wear someone else’s. Just like a factory worker needs a certain type of boot for work and an accountant needs a certain type of shoe to go well in their workplace, you need your right shoes on for life. Be you where you are in your shoes and look down at the footprint.
You impact and carry Jesus into the world, every step you take. It’s not doing special things that makes you impacting, it is showing up where you are meant to be as God’s child with his power. SEE THE POWER OF THE LORD AND REALISE THIS: YOU CARRY IT.
