The outpouring of grace

You won’t experience grace until you realise you need it.

Deb Peacock

There is an outpouring of grace and in this season Jesus is calling us back to the central things with him. His Grace. His grace is the solution for the hurt, the pain, the offence, that relentless feeling that won’t go away. It is pouring out. It pours out abundantly like a water fall in full force that has a permanent supply of water behind it. To experience grace, we have to acknowledge our need for it. We need it. Grace falls on humility. Come and be with him and acknowledge who he is and see that He is the answer. It might be time to admit to him you don’t have the answer and that he does. Ask for an encounter of his grace. He is the giver of all good things and he made you to live in his grace. It is his gift because he loves you.

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Hebrews 4:16

Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

James 4:6

But He gives more grace. Therefore it says, "God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble."
